The UKBA may take initiatives against some Bangladeshi agents. Some suspended colleges blame their Bangladeshi partners (along with others, who were not their agents), because of sending bogus students to the UK after the commencement of Tier 4 visa system, reliable sources from London told Studentvisa4u.com
The owner of an UK college, requested not to mention his name, told Studentvisa4u.com, “now more Bangladeshi local agent will be blacklisted by the UKBA, because, some suspended colleges are blaming their local agents. They are trying to clear that they have issued Visa letters according to their agents’ recruitments. Their agents provided them documents. Then they issued Visa letters justifying their merits. But, they could not verify their financial capabilities. To support themselves they are trying to clear that they have recruited students according to the rules & regulations of the UKBA. If there are faults to recruit bogus students or illegal migrant workers, so they are not liable, in this regard, their local agents are totally liable.”
Studentvisa4u.com has talked to some leading agencies at Dhaka. Some agents expressed their helplessness, they told, maximum consulting firms recruited more bogus students to make millions of Dollars. They advertised in the newspapers to encourage bogus students very shamelessly. They were successful, but, Bangladesh lost finance & image.
The C.E.O of an agency told, “after the implement of Tier 4 visa system, maximum colleges of the UK encouraged their local agents. They wanted to increase quantity, not quality. But, the agents of the reputed universities tried to achieve quality. They were successful.” The C.E.O of a leading agency told being very angry, “maximum liabilities go to some approved partners of the British High Commission. They provided “Fast Track” & “Quick Service” facilities to some dishonest agents.”
An expert migration agent told, “the approved partners usually recruit students for reputed universities. Their students are free from danger. I think, suspended colleges are totally liable, because they provided their local agents to recruit bogus students. Maximum agents played blind game to make money.”
